objectives , publishing controls, and authors guide

First : The goal of the magazine:

• Publishing scientific research in various legal disciplines, commenting on judicial decisions and articles aimed at spreading legal culture .
• Building bridges of scientific knowledge and enhancing knowledge communication between faculties of law in different universities, at home and abroad.
• Spreading the legal culture in the community by making the magazine available in its paper and digital editions and distributing it for nominal amounts.

Second: the journal's policy

• Academic calendar for research:

1. Publication in this journal takes place after evaluating the research scientifically by accredited experts who are recognized for their scientific competence in the fields of their precise specialties .
2. The research submitted for publication in the journal is subject to scientific evaluation by two arbitrators (experts) chosen by the journal .
3. refuses to publish research in which the known scientific research methodology is not available .
4. The researcher is committed to taking into consideration the observations made by the experts after evaluating their research .

( 2 ) Publication of the research :

• The journal only publishes original research that has not been previously published , and has not been submitted for publication at the same time, to any other scientific journal or scientific conference.
• The researcher is notified of the journal's decision to accept publication within fifteen days from the date of receiving the research.
• In the event that the research is accepted for publication , the researcher shall be provided with confirmation of acceptance of publication. The journal is committed to publishing it in the nearest issue prepared for publication if the research fulfills the aforementioned conditions .
• The journal reserves the right to publish the research according to the plan of the editorial board , taking into account the technical priorities and the date of submission of the research .
• Every research published in the journal is owned It is not permissible for any other party to re-publish the research or publish a translation of it in a book, newspaper or periodical without the written consent of the editor-in-chief.
• An amount of (100,000) one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars is collected for each local research and (100 US dollars) for each foreign research, if the number of its pages does not exceed (25) pages, and the amount increases by (2500) two thousand five hundred dinars for each page that exceeds The specified maximum, and an official receipt is issued for the amounts received.
• The journal apologizes for re-research , whether it has been published or not .

(3) The rights and duties of the researcher:

• The journal undertakes to preserve the intellectual rights of researchers as stipulated in the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq.
• The research expresses the opinion of the researcher, and does not express the opinion of the journal.
• The researcher bears full legal and moral responsibility in the event of any excerpt , quotation , or transfer from Internet sites Without being limited to the quotation brackets or without the complete and correct reference to the reference in the margin .

Third : Publication controls

 Formal requirements in Arabic research (authors' guide):

1-     Search title:

The research title is fixed on the first page in ( Simplified Arabic ) font, size (18), and the full name of the researcher, his scientific title and place of work are written. In the event that there is more than one researcher who participated in writing the research, it is appropriate to mention their names with the correspondence address, in order to facilitate communication with them.

Research Title:

Name of the researcher(s) - font type ( Simplified Arabic ) and size (18)

Title of the researcher(s) - font type ( Simplified Arabic ) and size (18)

(Summary in Arabic and either English or French). Keywords are written under each summary and its language.

2-     The body of the search:

        The research is printed in ( Simplified Arabic ) font on one side of each paper of size ( A4 ), and an appropriate margin of space is left on all sides of the printed paper. , then a list of references.

• The edge of the paper (2 cm) on each side.
• Blank Space Leave five single lines of blank space after the top-note of the first page only.
• Writes text in size (14) and font type ( Simplified Arabic ).
• The main titles are written in size (16) in dark color and placed immediately after the right footnote.
• Subheadings are written in size (16) and placed immediately after the main headings.

Sets the space between lines using the (single) style .

• Margins are written in size (12), sequentially and independently at the bottom of each page
• Arabic numbers are used (1234567890)
• A blank space of one line must be left before each header or subheading
• For figures: The title of the figure is placed directly below the figure, in bold letters of size (14), and one blank line is left before the figure.
• Tables: The title is placed directly above the table in bold letters of size (14) and one blank line is left before the table title.
• References are written in bold in the following manner: author's name, book or research title, Part 1, Part 1, publication, place of publication, year of publication.
• References are organized at the end of the research, and written in the manner of (author - title) according to the Chicago style documentation system
• The research should start with a summary of no more than 300 words, written in Arabic, size (12), and it should be completely proportional to the content and results of the research, and it should be organized in an intensive and clear manner.
• The title of the research, the names of the researchers, and the abstract of the research in English corresponding to the abstract in Arabic, are placed immediately after the abstract in Arabic, and are written in size (12).
  English research:
• The margin of the paper is 2 cm on each side.
• Blank Space Leave five single lines of blank space after the top-note of the first page only.
• Character size 14 Times New Roman type
• Title of the research 14 bold Times New Roman type
• Names of researchers 12 bold Times New Roman type
• Titles of researchers 12 bold Times New Roman type ( under researchers' names )
• Headings 14 bold Times New Roman type It is immediately after the right footnote .
• Subheadings 14 bold Times New Roman type And it's right after the headlines
• Text Font size 14 Times New Roman type The space between lines ( single ) .
• Margins, font size 12, Times New Roman type The space between lines ( single ) .

Separating space One blank line must be left before each heading or subheading

• Shapes The title of a shape is placed directly below the shape, in bold size 12 characters, and one blank line is left before the shape.
• Tables The title of the table is placed directly above the table in bold 12 characters and one blank line is left before the table title.
• Sources : the author's name , book title, part 1, vol. 1 , publication, place of publication , year of publication, in bold.

. The sources at the end of the research are written in a global legal format according to the Chicago Style .
• References : Author's name , book title, Part 1, Part 1 , publication, place of publication , year of publication .

Abstract in Arabic The title of the research, the names of the researchers, and the abstract of the research in Arabic are placed immediately after the abstract in Arabic english.

• Symbols: If the search contains any symbols, they must be arranged alphabetically, followed by Latin and Greek letters, and placed at the end of the search. And before the sources.

Researches and correspondences to the University of Fallujah , College of Law, are titled Researcher Journal of Legal Sciences .

       In the midst of issuing the first issue - the fourth volume of the Researcher Journal for Legal Sciences, we emphasize the policy of the scientific journal in publishing research that raises legal problems on the realistic level, so the researcher deals with them according to a sober research approach in order to give appropriate solutions to these problems Provided that the ideas are innovative and bear new scientific research that deserves to be placed in the hands of students of knowledge . This issue was issued following the presentation of scientific research that fulfilled its scientific requirements and established research bases in its required market. Thus, these researches were a sign of the journal’s adoption of a transparent and impartial methodology. Objectivity was Bmnji for every defamation or skepticism.

It is worth noting that this issue involved in a large part scientific research specialized in intellectual property, due to the adoption of the journal’s management policy of publishing some of the research that was presented to the first international scientific conference held by the college in the period from (15-16) March of the year 2023, which It was held under the title (Intellectual Property, Contemporary Problems and Legal Treatments), as these researches were subjected to the evaluation mechanisms approved by the journal and to the images of electronic extraction in order to meet the legal conditions required by the publishing policy.

  Accordingly, we can divide the research included in this issue into two parts: research that is not related to intellectual property rights ( Legal impediments to investment in Iraqi law , analogy in inheritance issues " Necessity and means of a comparative study in light of the Iraqi personal status law in force " , the constitutional principles that govern the parliamentary electoral system in the constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005, the legal nature of smart robots "a comparative analytical study" (and other research related to intellectual property rights, which is ( expedited commercial arbitration according to The rules of the World Intellectual Property Organization , the unregistered invention - rights and protection , the objective approach to civil liability for the activities of artificial intelligence , intellectual property and the role of the government in protecting it , the role of artificial intelligence in tax transactions , financial penalties for violating intellectual property rights ).

In conclusion, we pray to God that the research of this issue will have a serious contribution that enriches the students of knowledge in the legal issues that were dealt with in it.
