Publication

Research Publication

  • The journal publishes only original research that has not been previously published or submitted simultaneously to any other scientific journal or academic conference. Authors must complete the originality declaration form available.
  • The researcher must fill out the form provided at the link, sign it, and return it to the journal.
  • The researcher will be notified of the journal’s decision regarding publication within three weeks from the date of submission.
  • If the research is accepted for publication, the researcher will receive an official acceptance confirmation via the journal’s official email. The journal commits to publishing the paper in the nearest upcoming issue prepared for publication, provided it meets the aforementioned conditions.
  • The journal reserves the right to schedule the publication of the research according to the editorial board’s plan, taking into account technical priorities and the submission date.
  • All published papers become the property of the journal. No other party is allowed to republish the paper or publish a translation of it in a book, newspaper, or journal without written permission from the Editor-in-Chief.
Author Information Form

After acceptance you will receive an email from no-reply@uofjls.net inviting you to complete an Author Information Form. You will be required to confirm information relating to your article, which will be reflected in your final publication and in your digital publishing agreement, if applicable. Once you have completed the Author Information form and signed your publishing agreement, your article will proceed into production.

Production

Once an article has been accepted and the Author Information Form has been completed, the process of copyediting, typesetting, proofing, and publishing the article will begin.

Your point of contact with editor will be the content manager of the journal. For more information about how production works at RJLS, please see our information about our publication journey, which explains how an article goes from accepted manuscript to fully published.

Open Access

Multiple funding routes are available for Open Access articles.  Once an article has been accepted, editorial Team will manage the process of copyediting, proofing, typesetting and publishing each piece of content. There may be small differences between journals with this process. If you have a specific question about this journal, please contact the editorial office.

Copyediting and proofreading

The publisher reserves the right to copyedit and proofread all articles accepted for publication, but authors will be consulted in the case of any substantial changes. Page proofs of each article will be sent to the lead author for correction of typographical errors only.

Author copy

Authors will receive a link to a freely accessible version of their article online for their personal use and to distribute to their personal contacts.
