Research Publication
After acceptance you will receive an email from no-reply@uofjls.net inviting you to complete an Author Information Form. You will be required to confirm information relating to your article, which will be reflected in your final publication and in your digital publishing agreement, if applicable. Once you have completed the Author Information form and signed your publishing agreement, your article will proceed into production.
Once an article has been accepted and the Author Information Form has been completed, the process of copyediting, typesetting, proofing, and publishing the article will begin.
Your point of contact with editor will be the content manager of the journal. For more information about how production works at RJLS, please see our information about our publication journey, which explains how an article goes from accepted manuscript to fully published.
Multiple funding routes are available for Open Access articles. Once an article has been accepted, editorial Team will manage the process of copyediting, proofing, typesetting and publishing each piece of content. There may be small differences between journals with this process. If you have a specific question about this journal, please contact the editorial office.
Copyediting and proofreading
The publisher reserves the right to copyedit and proofread all articles accepted for publication, but authors will be consulted in the case of any substantial changes. Page proofs of each article will be sent to the lead author for correction of typographical errors only.
Author copy
Authors will receive a link to a freely accessible version of their article online for their personal use and to distribute to their personal contacts.
