Civil Liability of The Volunteer Paramedic

Abstract
This study revolves around a critical topic, which is the "civil liability of the volunteer paramedic" due to its connection to the absence of legal texts regulating the work of the volunteer paramedic. The study is concerned with the volunteer paramedic's responsibility when providing ambulance service to the party at risk of injury. The analytical inductive approach was followed, by extrapolating the legal texts and judicial rulings related to the aspects of the subject, and analyzing them, in order to reach a legal formula regulating the issue of the civil liability of the volunteer paramedic, At the end of the research, the study reached of many results and proposals.
