The electronica management of the State in the light of crisis (Corona pandemic as a model)

Abstract

The modern means of communication are not just an electronic luxury, but rather a natural changing that the government should adopt in order to keep pace with the information revolution around the world. Information technology has clear impact on the legal systems through use of modern ideas in the technological field and their application to electronic management that appeared in the recent time as result of the emergence of the information revolution, which is the use of the computer and its various networks, which assisted the different parties to communicate inside and outside the country, in order to provide their services in various public utilities. In addition, the emergence of the Corona pandemic is also the reason for the trend towards the use of electronic management in order to run the affairs of the state in all its fields. So that we decided to study this topic, which we divided into two sections, in the first for explaining the importance of electronic management and most obstacles in this context, and we discussed in the second section the impact of electronic management on the public and private laws.
