Abstract

Determination of the legal nature raises many difficulties, especially with regard to the responsibility for the work of these programs and the efficiency of current legislation to deal with the unique characteristics of this technology. In addition, identifying the legal nature of artificial intelligence systems, adapting the relevant factors to their activity, and determining the nature of the legal liability of from it. Further, the mechanism for compensating the damages caused by these systems to others. This research aims to reach the formulation of a suitable legal regulation for it, after identifying the potential risks, whether in the short or long term, especially at the economic, social and cultural levels, with a focus on the most accurate and sensitive aspects of those risks, as in protecting the privacy of personal information and its management mechanism, and in avoiding the negative effects of artificial intelligence on employment opportunities.
