Editorial

It is our pleasure to present Volume 7, Issue 1 (2026) of the Researcher Journal for Legal Sciences. As the journal enters its seventh volume, it continues to strengthen its editorial standards, expand its international visibility, and promote open access to high-quality legal scholarship.

This issue features original research articles and two review papers, published in both English and Arabic, reflecting the journal's commitment to serving a diverse academic community. The contributions, submitted by researchers from Iraq and other countries, address a wide range of contemporary legal topics and provide valuable theoretical and practical perspectives for scholars, legal practitioners, and policymakers.
